Who we are
At Plàstics Espelt we have been shaping plastic with care and expertise for over 30 years. We design and manufacture cups, glasses, ice buckets and much more, accompanying you from the idea to the final product: consultancy, 3D design, mould creation and custom finishes such as screen printing, pad printing or IML.

Our own moulds
We design and manufacture our own moulds and dies using CAD/CAM technology and CNC machinery. This allows us to create new parts with maximum precision and be more self-sufficient throughout the entire process.
Injection moulding process
We are specialists in plastic injection moulding, with modern machinery: electric for small parts and fast production, and hybrid for larger parts. We have robots and auxiliary equipment, and 13 machines ready to work 24/7 when required.
Handling
We have a handling facility for bagging, flowpack, ultrasonic welding, assembly and custom finishes, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project.
Customisation
Our technical and design team offers complete solutions: screen printing, pad printing and airbrush finishes. We also carry out full-colour IML customisation on selected ranges (such as ice buckets), with long-lasting and attractive results.
Planning and response
We maintain permanent stock of standard products, ensuring availability and fast deliveries. Our logistics are optimised to meet deadlines reliably, even during demand peaks, campaigns or urgent orders.
